Solder wire
Brief description:
It is composed of electrolytic pure tin, pure lead and advanced metal antioxidant alloys and other non-ferrous metals in proportion. It is melted in a high-temperature furnace, refined and impurities are removed, and cast into a tin rod. During the extrusion process, the corresponding flux is added, and the wire drawing is formed into various types of solder wire. It is widely used in various electronic welding and assembly soldering irons.
Characteristics of solder wire
:
: Made of pure tin and pure lead, the product has reliable welding, good wettability, easy tin application, and bright solder joints.
: The flux content is moderate, evenly distributed, no spatter, no core breakage, no pungent odor during welding, and very little residue after welding.
The winding is neat and knot-free, easy to weld, and highly efficient.
: Excellent welding performance, widely used in manual and automatic welding.
